Inspection of the 3rd East Japan Earthquake stricken area commercial facilities
2019年10月5日(土)、6日(日)、参加20名で東北被災地8年目の復興の状況を見て回りました。
本会の東北支部長の飯塚氏案内で各被災地、南三陸町、女川町、石巻市、名取市閖上を巡り、復興状態を見聞することができました。また中小機構の富岡様より土木事業の多くの復興資料をいただき、詳細な説明を受け、有意義な視察でした。
前回の視察時の被災地の商業施設はその後、各々の地形の特徴を生かしながら新たな商業施設を立ち上げ、驚くほど力強く明るく前進していました。
昔から災害に対しては素直に向かい合ってきた被災地の人々の本来の姿を改めて感じ取れた視察でありました。
連合会 機関誌「商業施設」２月号で予告している参加者の視察レポートを、15回にわたって順次掲載していきます。

On October 5 (Sat.) and 6 (Sun.), 2019, 20 participants participated in a tour of the 8th year reconstruction in the Tohoku affected area.
Guided by Mr. Iizuka, the director of the Tohoku Branch of the Society, I was able to see the revival of each affected area, Minamisanriku-cho, Onagawa-cho,
Ishinomaki-shi and Natori-shiYuriage.
In addition, Mr. Tomioka of the Small and Medium-sized Organization received many reconstruction materials of the civil engineering business, received detailed explanations, and made a meaningfulinspection.
The commercial facilities in the stricken area at the time of the previous visit have since launched new commercial facilities, taking advantage of the characteristics of each terrain, and havebeen surprisingly powerful and bright.
It was a visit that reminded me of the people in the stricken areas who have been obedient to disasters since ancient times.
We will publish the participant's inspection report, which has been announced in the February issue of the Federation's magazine "ShogyoShisetsu," on this
website 15 times.
The first report will be uploaded within the last week.
